Referred here by Valley Save a Pet for a pet emergency. My dog swallowed something she shouldn't have and Dr. Terry rushed in to save the day. He saved my dog Novas life. I love this Veterinary office, I wont take my dogs anywhere else moving forward. From the ladies up front, to all the techs and assistants in the back, and to the talented Dr. Terry. If only all vet offices were like you guys. Thank you for saving my fur babys life and being so caring and compassionate to her and my family. You guys are the greatest!

They were recommended to me by my boyfriend who took his dog there. Everyone was so kind and friendly. They made me feel so warm and welcome while also answering all of my questions that I had. This is probably the best vet I have ever been to.

I was very impressed by the whole staff to say the least! My sweet 10 year old dog Karl I noticed on Sunday he seemed a bit off, thinking he may have ate something wrong, I waited a day. Monday he also just didn't seem to be getting any better. Tuesday morning as soon as they opened, I called in and made a same day appointment, very first visit. When we got there I was greeted by a welcoming happy staff, which helps in unknown situations. My boy is a fear biter. He loves people but when he gets scared, he gets scared. They were extremely accommodating to him for that, no judgments! We were quickly able to determine he had a large mass and his lethargic was most likely bleeding. They did emergency surgery same day. They were upfront with me about all the scary possibilities, on what would happen if we did or didn't do they surgery and extremely calm and caring while I am a blubbering mess. We proceeded with surgery and my sweet boy made it through to be able to come home! This clinic was all around amazing to us during one of the most scary difficult times and I am truly grateful this is where I took my boy that day.

Highly recommend this vet clinic. The staff is extremely friendly, and there’s no doubt they truly love animals. They are so patient and always give us the time we need to work with our pack, which helps set great behavioral patterns for future visits. We trust them and their processes, and they are very fair with pricing. We couldn’t recommend Suburban Veterinary Clinic enough.

My dog stopped eating and kept throwing up. I called her vet first thing in the morning and they wouldn’t see her. They said go to an emergency vet. I called Suburban veterinary clinic and they saw her right away. They did inform me they may not be able to do surgery because the Surgery schedule was full, but since I didn’t really know what was going on, I agreed to bring her in anyway. One of the surgeons happed to be there who was not on the schedule looked at her x-ray and said she had a blockage. Instead of sending us away, he stayed and operated on her. He pulled out a teddy bear, a cat toy, and something hard that he could not describe. She had an incision in her stomach and two in her intestines. I was paying top dollar for a veterinarian clinic in Solon who turned my dog away when she needed emergency care. Never again! You are now my new veterinarian clinic, and I will forever be grateful that you saved my dog’s life. She is a 10 year-old Rottweiler. We are on day three and she is doing amazing. They didn’t even know my dog they didn’t have to let me come. They saved me thousands of dollars from an emergency vet, and they saved her life. Thank you!

They are a great provider. Compassionate, understanding and thorough with their care. I have been taking my pups here the past few years after trying to find this level of care from other local clinics. We drive out of our way to go here because they are so caring, they do not price gauge you and provide reasonable advice. Thanks for all you do!!!

The staff including all the vets at suburban veterinary clinic are great. I been going here for many years and I will continue to bring all my fur babies here.! Its always a great experience eveytime i go in or call.

Everybody was so friendly and so kind to me and my baby Kit Kat. There was no rush and answer all my questions and concerns about her. I think well I know I found a new home vet for her and all our future pet. Thank you so much🥰
